By accessing and using DreamsOut ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of all dream content you submit to DreamsOut. By using our Service, you grant DreamsOut a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing AI-powered analysis, visualizations, and other features.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

DreamsOut uses artificial intelligence to generate dream interpretations, visualizations, soundtracks, and other content. Please note:

• AI-generated interpretations are for entertainment purposes only
• Dream analysis is not professional psychological or medical advice
• Generated content may not accurately reflect your dreams or intentions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content

5. Credits & Beta Program

DreamsOut is currently in free public beta. New users receive 30 credits at signup to explore all features. Credits are free during beta and cannot be purchased. If you run out of credits, contact info@bacimo.net to request more.

• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
• Beta terms may change when the service exits beta — users will be notified

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DreamsOut to:

• Submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service
• Reverse engineer or extract source code from the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

DreamsOut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Since DreamsOut is provided free of charge during beta, you acknowledge that our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
